The number of pixels within the image guide.(Which is also the fiber counts)
Typical Range: 10,000 - 50,000 px
High Range: 100,000 - 150,000 px
Fiber Diameter
The diameter of each single fiber element, smaller fiber diameter means a higher resolution. But noticing smaller fiber diameter (<8um) may result in optical crosstalk in NIR wavelength range.
Typical Range: 8um,10um,12um
Min Range: 4um,6um
High Range: 25um,50um
Bending Angle
Notice here is bending angle (not minimum bending radius)
5-10 deg.
Resolution
In an ideal imaging system, the fiber size and resolution will be as below:
25um ~ 20lp/mm
12um ~ 42lp/mm
6um ~ 102lp/mm
4um - 189lp/mm
Termination
200°C (bonded termination)
350°C (fused termination)
Material Transmission
The fibers we used are customized Multimode Fibers. Best Working Wavelength is
